Frequently asked questions

Are all your vape products TGO 110 compliant?

All therapeutic vaping products on our site that require compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration's (TGA) TGO 110, such as vaping devices, device accessories or e-liquid, have the appropriate TGA Notification ID; a declaration of their compliance.

These products all feature their TGA Notification ID on the product description and you will also see them on TGA's List of notified vapes (search 'Pesamic').

The only products that do not have this compliance are those that don't require it. This includes replaceable batteries, battery chargers and charging cables. Rest assured however, these products are sourced from quality manufacturers.

Do I have to be a pharmacy to order?

You must be a licenced pharmacy or vape product distributor/sponsor/wholesaler in Australia to order from our site. Upon registration, we ask for relevant licences etc that correspond to your business.

We do not sell therapeutic vape products to the public, in adherence to the 2024 vape regulations.

Do you sell nicotine substances?

We do not stock nicotine or nicotine-free, vaping substances or vaping substance accessories for the time being.

We are looking at adding vaping substances to our long list of vaping devices and device accessories in the hopefully near future.

If you are looking for vaping substances, please don't hesitate to contact us as we may be able to recommend some Australian sponsor contacts who sell vaping substances.

How does a doctor prescribe e-cigarettes?

From 1 Jan 2024, doctors and nurse practitioners can prescribe vaping products without first becoming a TGA approved subscriber.

Between 1 Jul and 30 Sept, vaping devices may be sold without a prescription (only for the use of smoking cessation or managing nicotine dependence) but vaping substances are prescription-only. Both are only sold in pharmacies. For more information on how to prescribe, please visit TGA's Vaping Hub - Vapes: information for prescribers.

From 1 Oct, vaping devices, accessories, nicotine-free and up to 20mg/mL nicotine vaping substances can be only be purchased from a pharmacy without a prescription. Patients will need a prescription for nicotine substances of more than 20mg/mL concentration.

How do I log in?

You must first register your business and be approved before you can log in.

Only licenced pharmacists and Australian sponsors of vaping products can purchase from our site, as per the 2024 vape regulation changes.

Once you lodge your registration, wait for a confirmation welcome email from which you can log in and start ordering.

Where do I find information about dispensing vapes?

The Vaping Hub section of TGA's website has a dedicated page for pharmacies - Vapes: information for pharmacists.

On this page you'll find all the information on the changes to vape regulations and how to dispense vapes prior to and after 1 Oct (vapes being prescription-only and then pharmacy-only, respectively).
